Acquiring accents is a gradual process one cannot immitate rather Acquire it with contious practise of the language keeping all four learning skills in mind
I suggest listen to good program me be it news / cartoons / documentary / films :where you are exposed to the fluent speaker.
Work hard in your writing be it blogs , diary journal etc
The more we work hard the better we excel in acquiring the languages fluency.
