Your student must be admiring your intelligence and wanted to be like you! Β You should have told him, "How much will you give me if I let you borrow my brain?" ...lol
Once, I gave a quiz and wrote the instruction on the board, "Write the answers only". Β After writing the questions on the board, I read the instruction again to them, "Write the answers only". Β Then I sat in the rear of the room trying to prepare for my next lesson. Β Suddenly, Β a pupil shouted and asked, "Ma'am, shall we write the answers only?"
Another.... Once I told my pupils "Class, get your notebook and copy the sentences I am going to write on the board." Β After writing the sentences, a pupil asked "Ma'am, where will we write them?"
