    I tried to take a photo of an equipment too, but didn't get a usable shot.. Because I took it from a too high place.. I think, that this thing is called "directional drill". It is used to drag long water pipes to under of streets, without digging it open.

    Welcome to Englishclub...You are right.There are some great resources here. And it is really interesting to meet so many people here,native and non-native speakers of English language. It is amazing to learn so many different aspects of one language....different words used in different countries,various accents and dialects.
