  Unfortunately, I cannot say which dish it was because most Iranian dishes have rice and meat. But in some dishes, pistachio is used. If you tell me how you prepared the dish, I may can say the name. But, in Iran, there are various ethnics with different cultures and cuisines. So, sometimes, it is hard to say.
