  Happy New Year Kumar! I've been away but am back at home.
  "Fluency" literally means the ability to move and change smoothly and easily but is mostly used to describe someone's level of competence in a language - "he is fluent in French".
  The noun "fluid" means "liquid" but you would not use "fluency" to describe how a fluid moves, you would say "fluidity".
