Hi Bill
i m pleased that you accepted me as a friend. As you know i m a Tunisian English teacher and i ve been teaching for 9 years. i don't have a problem in doing my job "well" but i feel the need to speak to native speakers because first of all this will ameliorate and maybe "perfect" my pronunciation and second i m sure that i'll be more fluent and accurate. i can see that you re more experienced than me that's why i count on you to provide me with the suitable and practical advice to reach my objective.

I feel so glad that you enjoyed your visit on my country, and it would be my pleasure to welcome you and your family back if you decided to come again.
It is a shame what happened to your son, I hope he is recovering fine (there is nothing worst than a broken heart).

I hope you will not get the general idea that we are xenophobic, and I'm sure that it is not part of our general culture to underestimate a person because of his/her nationality (unless we were talking about the differences about Ticos and Nicaraguans, but that's another shameful story.)
About marriage, actually, majority of girls would love to marry an American as it was culturally spread that all Americans have money, so it is pretty unusual that a family opposes to such kind of engagements. I must add that I'm not proud of that, and that I strongly disagree with such ideas. I still hold many ideals and believe in spiritual greatness above everything.
My parents used to give home and food to people from many countries: Nicaragua, El Salvador, Canada, USA, Chile and Swiss. We were hosting people within the AFS programm and they gave assistance to many missionaries for a big period of time, so I can tell that not for living in the third world, you will have a third-world mentality.
... I think I got passionate about this topic...
By the way, I'm from Heredia! But I don't study there; I am in the Universidad de Costa Rica in San Pedro, San Jose.

Could you please correct the writing below, and please give me your comments about Tense / expression etc.

I got an email from Y. Email stated that B wanted me to contact her.
I returned her call. She asked if I knew anything about Legal Aid. I told her that I would do some research and call her back.

I called her back with the results:
- Legal Aid Service: Huniting Karras Lawyers: 9529 5522 / 9529 5555 at 266 Rocky Point Road, Ramsgate NSW 2217
- Redfern Legal Aid: Outside of their boundary so they would not take her case.
- Burwood Legal Aid: They said that I could make an appointment with them right away. I told them that my client would contact them directly could call them, she can speak English.
- Bankstown: They gave me Sutherland's contact where is near B's place
B said that she would contact Burwood & Sutherland.

I rang B
Mainly, B told me that:
- She is having a sore leg.
- She was not feeling well yet after her surgery.
- C’s father is looking for a job.
- C is ok.

I told B:
- Usually after surgery, either major or minor, still need time to recover. She will be felling better.
- I will keep my eyes if I know any jobs available I let her know so she can tell her son.
I was on the phone with her from 10:40am – 12pm

I called B again because I thought she seemed a bit stress.
B sounded happy today.
She said she would take C go back to Play Group

I rang B. She sounded happy. I asked her that there is any thing she needs help. She said everything went well except C’s father is still looking for a job.

I discussed her case. I explain to her that:
- If she is ok, happy and does not need any urgent help I would close her case.
- Before close her file, if she wanted, I would refer her to other appreciate organization where close to her place.
- I explained all procedure about how can she get help again when she needed.

At first, B was happy to close her file. She said:
- Reality she is ok. There is nothing that she needs emergency.
- It is ok to close her file so I have time to help other.

Then I said I will send her a Termination Form. After filling the form, she sends it back to me.

B was suddenly upset. She started complained that:
- It was very hard to contact me not easy same as she contacted Mr Tom before. She can contact Mr Tom anytime on his mobile.

I said: As we already told her from beginning when Mr Tom left: I work only 1 day / per week not 5 days. I do not have mobile phone number. So whenever she wanted to contacted me she just makes a call to office.

- B complained that: She did left a massage but administrator but I did not return her call.

I quick looked in my notes. I told her that: the date & time that I did return her call and I read my notes to her.
She hung up the phone!

I rang my colleague to discuss B’s attitude. I left massage for admin to ask E call me back.
E called me back. She said she had a meeting soon. I would call her on Monday.

E suggested me that:
- Call B again, just ignore what happened last Friday
- Explain to B again about: my limit time (1 day) etc
- E said: she thinks if I do that I would feel release rather than I don’t fell comfortable with this client.

I rang B in the afternoon.
B said:
- She’s going to country side for a week. She asked me the reason why I call her.
- I told her about our conversation last Friday. It was not very good due to she hung up the phone. She said that was ok now, she understood. I said I would send her a Termination Form. It is up to her to make decision. As she said before: she has nothings to need my help in urgently and she is now ok. So she can sign the form and send it back to me.
- I told her that she had a good trip. She said thank you!

I posted Termination Form to B’s address.

A week later, I call B to confirm about the Termination Form. She said that she was still tired after a long trip. I told her that I got 2 Circus tickets for her and C. She said she couldn't go because C goes to child care. Then she complained about C's mother…I asked her about Termination Form. She said she would post to me soon. I told her that I enclosed envelop & a stamp already for her.

I contacted B to remind her the Termination Form. No one answered. I left a massage.

I would contact her 2 more times then I would close this case.
