  Hi Baeyongjoon! It is my pleasure to write to U! Yes, I like miso soup with noodles. And I cannot remember what other soup called which with tofu, seaweed, sesame seeds, a little soy sause - that's delicious too! We like them, specially my husband! They are rich in iodine...... . Unagi maki, syaki maki, ....... sake! They are famous everywhere I think! That's amazing U make them! I would love to try to cook and make them too. I couldn't find here foto of miso soup?   Hi Baeyongjoon! Thank U for accepting me as Your friend! I saw Your pictures of sushi! I love them. I tryed them for thr first time in Moscow 4 years ago, since then I am "in love" with them. If I would go to Japan, first reason would be sushi and rolls, miso soup! Then comes Fudziyama. I am staying temporarily in the USA, and ther is a nice Japan restaurant here in my neighborhood. They have even sushi-pitsa! I have never seen that anywhere else even in the USA. It is so nice having U as a friend in case I would cook JApan cuisine! TAke care!
