    I think you both misunderstood the title. "No Comment picture" is a kind of picture that does not need to be explained by caption. This kind of picture is called "no Comment picture."

    But, It was a good title for here because you are trapped by the title and came here and left a comment!

    I did not like mr. bean when they broadcasted it in tv. I didn't want to see his stupid embarrassing jokes. But it was long ago when they showed it in tv.

    ..But I always like Benny Hill. Because of his girls.

    Well I just had to say this when saw the title "No comment Picture" :)
