Hi there!
Let me share with you one of my hobbies, it's propagating succulents... I've been doing this since I moved into my very first own apartment and I still enjoy doing it. :)
Every time my plants look like this I take them out and remove the dead leaves and also cut off some good ones.
Then I leave them for 2-3 days on dry tissue paper till the cut has dried.
Then I put them in damp but oligotrophic soil.
After some weeks new tiny plants are growing...
When those are big and strong enough I cut off the old leaf and plant them in normal soil.
Easiest thing ever. ;)

Oh my goodness! Those are so many cute pups you have there, Nanny! You've been so passionate and patient growing these succulents! I hope they are growing so well. Nothing beats seeing these babies turned into healthy and thriving beauties.
Keep it up! 🥰🌻
Very nice. I think you have a natural green thumb. Really it is lovely to be in harmony with plants. God bless you.
What are the names of these succulents? Do you take them indoor in winter? Nice try!!!
Can you believe it, Shaheen, I have at least 20 different kinds of succulents and I don't know any of their names... especially not in English. In German I know at least a few. XD
Those are usually indoors, except during summer for a few weeks. Germany is not the land of the succulents. :DDD
Sorry, for not being helpful, but I just googled something. Maybe it's helpful for you.
