He said "so that in helps you learn English". I'm not sure, but that's just what I hear. I think "so that it helps you learn English" is correct. But,...maybe I'm wrong.

My guess is that "not" here is similar when we are saying, 'of course not" only shorter, down only to 'not'..:)

Good try. But actually, using the word "not" is common English usage now. It comes after a sarcastic statement. That ought to be good. (sarcastic) Not!
Let's see if anyone else can try to pronounce it properly.
