Starting a conversation with a stranger is an art. It is not as easy as it seems. So, what  can we do to initiate a good conversation? What topics are we allowed to talk about?

If can not open Vocaroo, please open the attached file.

What topics do you usually talk about? How do you talk with people from different nationalities? Do you talk with a Japanease the same as you talk with an American?

  • Well, i would answer that the first think before starting a conversation with a stranger would be to put a smile on our face, then to avoid private questions.  I would also add that, the way i start a conversation depends a lot on the circumstances i met the person. It's for sure that it will be very different if i meet someone in an hospital, in a plane while travelling or at a party.
