I don't know if there are differences in other countries but in Vietnam, life is not really easier being a woman. Somewhere and sometime in my country there is still distinction with respect to women remaining from feudalism. In many men's thought, granting women with rights and powers similar to men is something luxurious. Most of Vietnamese women are considered to be mainly in charge of house works, babycares, oldercares, etc, besides they still are required to accomplish the social works.
Dear Tatyana, being a woman is too harder than being a man !!! I told it cuz in my country (Iran) there r many limitations 4 women...
Some sports r played just by men in a public places, like football or biking,... Or 4 example an Iranian woman can't bike a motorcycle just because of those limitation, whilst men r so so so free 2 do everything which they want even in public... and women have too limitation 4 working (finding a proper job), and in marriage or divorce coding, too.
So because of all those limitation (and many another ones) in my opinion life is so easier 4 men (at least in my country)
I don't think so, perhaps 50:50. It is not easy to be a woman but it is not hard enought too. Althought in this decade, we still hear or even see that how hard life could be for some women and for others so simple, I think... it's depend what kind of condition that a woman run, how the people act surounding her and how is she think about the meaning of her life too. ...
