I'm keeping my sleep period for a long time :) My body, I noticed that set the sleep time.I'm not expert on this subject, but this was very interesting.When ı have a lot of problems, I want to sleep so much.When I'm happy and relaxed in a short time is enough to sleep.

I don’t like loneliness, well sometimes I like to be by myself because it’s important for me to think by myself but I think the person needs another person. I believe it’s not possible to live alone because you need support, help and company.
I think that lonely life is not good and not easy. Well for me I like to travel alone but I’m not a lonely woman.

1. Holiday with my family. I’m planning to visit Langkawi (another state in Malaysia) with my family since last year but due to our schedule differences we have to postpone it. Tba (^_^)?
