I never promised you a ray of light
I never promised there'd be sunshine everyday
I give you everything I have
The good the bad
Why do you put me on a pedestal?
I'm so up high that I can't see the ground below
So help me down, you've got it wrong
I don't belong there
[Chorus]
One thing is clear
I wear a halo
I wear a halo and you look at me
But standing from here
You wouldn't say so
You wouldn't say so if you were me
And I.. I just wanna love you
Oh oh oh I.. I just wanna love you
I always sa

Hello, my dear members of EC!
Today I have a wonderful mood and want to share it with every person in the world. The reason for it is my today’s lesson, which I gave for my ten-year-old students. You know this digital generation. They’re crazy about laptops, computer games, robots and so on. The theme of the lesson was “My favourite things”. And just for a change I offered them the video and the song from the musical “The Sound of Music” (1965). A young woman Mary sings about the things she love

A strong man, who has known power all his life, may lose respect for that power, but a weak man knows the value of strength. And knows compassion! – Captain America: The First Avenger [2011]
Preface: Why I’m writing about war and fighting? This question can arises anyone mind. Why? Because I do a lots of aimless thinking, like most people, but I can still choose to use my mind to get and accomplish things, and I do that all the time. Very long time ago a wise old man shows me a cup full of water,
When you feel you must correct her, be gentle —speak the truth in LOVE

Find ways to help her know you are her partner in all areas life.
Be polite, courteous, and mannerly with her—not taking her for granted
Give her your undivided attention when she wants to talk.
Refuse to compare her unfavorably with others
Don’t tease and belittle her, saying “I
Hi all friends,
Ohhh… first, let me introduce myself. I’m from Vietnam and as some close friends treat me: I’m a “sweet Mom” on EC. Lol… I join our club for learning English and I see this club is wonderful. I met some good friends here who makes me happy and lol…also “upset”, but I know, they didn’t mean it.
Today, I just want to suggest on more idea….. I don’t know how do you think? But as for me, I really fear a “Teacher”. They are always hard, strict.....and hhhhh.....I dare
Be yourself : Don't play roles and don't try to act like the cliché lovers you've seen in movies or shows. Play your own music when it comes to showing love.
Let your love shine through your actions and behaviors : Don't rely on words to show your love especially when they're not supported by prior behaviors. Are you claiming that you love him/her? Anyone could do that. If the feeling's there, it must have turned into actions. The actions are the foundations you need to base your claims on. So
This is Monday night, April 9 and it is raining. Even better, it has been raining almost daily since last Wednesday night. We love the rain here.
The first clouds looked good from the back window of my classroom.
In many countries people are not excited by rain. In fact, someone might say that the weather was terrible if it is raining.
On the Arabian Peninsula people have a different view of weather than people in wetter climates. Here, we are excited when we clouds. If someone says that it m
Here's a photo of a curved sole fitness shoes that I bought yesterday.
Would you like to read an article about this type of shoes?
I think this is also a good one for English learners. So check it out if you like.

Jihan was stunned, speechless for about five minutes as our pajero zigzaging along the sandy path off road about 50 km from city of Dubai. It was the first time her father allowed her in such a tour as she was too young for a tough journey. Her laughter exploded when Kevin and me were shouting amusingly every time our bodies were shaken by the rough trail. “It was nothing to be scared after all”, I guessed Jihan thought.
Alfred, her father, asked me: “How do you like it Dad?”
“Yeah, I enjoy it ver
Story Behind My Painting - I Had My Breakfast In Magelang
I was in Yogyakarta, Java Island somewhere in October 2010.There is a place called Magelang. I had my breakfast in Magelang, on my way to the historical site, Candi Borobudur. There is something about the place where I had my breakfast.
I never knew what is the reason behind that desire. My kid's time desire - to see a volcano before my eyes. I had that thought since the time I never knew there has no volcano in my place. But someone used t
Some girls decide not to fall in love because it's kind of confusing to them. But what if the heart fell in love without asking for permission... what would those girls do then?
What is more, do they declare it to themselves first and then to the public?!
Most importantly, how do they make sure that the one their heart has chosen is the right one, and does he have the same feelings??
ANY TIPS...PLZ

Radha! Where are you? I will show you something. – I entered the home and shouted out her name in drawing room.
Why are you shouting my name? Why are you early from office today? – Rapid questions in a minutes and Radha came outside from kitchen wiping sweat from her head.
Muah!
You just ate an apple, darling? – Radha questionably asked me
Yes! And how does it taste? – I asked her to tease more.
Sweet! Wait? So you solved your fruit theory and convinced me this apple taste sweet without feeding me.

Really we have a lot of Friends in our life but we have to look for some characteristic that show for us they deserve to be our dear friends.
For me I thought I have many borders to choose my friends such as to be clear in her\his ideas ,to be good in his\her talking ,and to be honest sometimes .So really as people live in this life we should believe in our people who we are talking with because sometimes we take their talking in a serious activity and we may often practice their works.
