children

A child is a treasure of the family.

When we have children,  we feel blessed,  we are happy.

Children are like a treasure, something we take care of, something we enjoy seeing,  feeling everytime by our side. A child is a gift from God. He gives to whom He wants,  when He wants and the way He wants.

Some have one child,  two children or more but don't take care of them. Never realise the values of a child.

Some others don't have any. Praying, giving sacrifices everyday so God grant them chi

Let's Walk

I got up a bit early this morning because I wanted to go jogging in the park where is near my home. I jogged about 15 minutes, and I did jump ropes 70 times. It is time for me to start doing exercises again. As the matter of fact, I should do it consistently.

Since winter, I have stopped exercising as it was cold and I don't want to go to the gym. Gyms here need to sign up the contact which I don't want to.
I prefer walking or jogging in the park. While walking in the park, I can breathe some fr

My Friends Were My Great Enemies

You might read many quotes on friendship, loyal friends and best friend, but probably all of us might know the principles of friendship. The friendship is not made on mere emotional base or in view of common interest, rather it should be on the basis of visionary and ideological acumen. What strengthens the friendship and relationship whether between two brothers, friends or a married couple? No an appropriate answer we have found yet.

When I was under ten, I used to love reading books to the ext

#writing challenge in English

For my self, positive people include 2 aspects: positive thinking and positive action.

Positive thinking is the way that we recognize and evaluate things, problems in a good way. For example, when my 5 - year - old daughter broke the glass just because she tried to bring me water. In that case, I ignored the full piece of glass and water splattered on the floor, I smiled happily with her love. Instead of complaining, I cleaned the floor with my lovely dau

My name is Dan Vi Nguyen.  I originally came from Vietnam.  The land of war torn in the 60s and 70s.  I still remembered my daddy and the village of Vietnam at the time still defended for the last moment before the Fall of Saigon, Vietnam in 1975.  That day had made the history of our country's history, either one side of the people determined to win over the other. Follow the wave of people from Vietnam escaped the country to seek for freedom land and hope to build a new life on the land of the

Your Name

I am sitting dumb and numb, with a blank paper before me, just your name written  on it. Staring at your name. The life seems confined in it.  It seems like a confused poem, or words, are stuck, want to come out, but can’t set on the paper, floating in the air like stars or butterflies.  I am looking at your name written on the paper and thinking the poem has completed, there will be no better poem than this.

Child Abuse

Recently, I have often heard news of child abuse. When I hear the news, I always feel sad and angry at the parents who abuse their children. A few days ago, a 10 year old girl was killed by her father. He had abused her for a long time like by beating her, throwing her in a cold shower and making her stand for hours. She asked for help from her school and a child consultation center, but they couldn't save her life. One reason of that is because he insisted his actions like that were the actions

Do you love reading non-fiction books? As a matter of the fact that, most of avid readers I know are into the fiction books, because, it seems to them that reading such books help them discover new lands, new cultures and new people better than non-fiction books. Another point is that we as human being are being deeply depressed and overwhelmed by the troubles of the real life. From this point of view, reading the genres I stated above is salvation for people.

Anyway, to speak in a direct or fran

When you are keen observant and extract pearls from your experience for your life and that of others through observation, you are not included in the list of lessors. LIFE IS NOT HOPELESS

In the distance, he vaguely sees a girl smiling................his daughter. He recalls his daughter  saying. "I love you papa!" She was repeatedly saying this and tears were rolling down on her cheeks. Her mother was dragging her out.... She was leaving.

He remembered what happened last evening.  He was off from his work, looking very happy to tell his wife back at home about his promotion.  He stopped to purchase some gift for his wife and daughter.  When he was coming out of the shop a man in

Hello everyone! :)

Have you ever been confused about passive voice when you found two objects in active sentence??

To remember about Passive Voice structure and examples, visit here.

Be wise!!!

There was a couple married in a village, they used to fight at any moment, the husband beats the lady every time.

One day,  the lady decided to put an end to that fight. She went to the wizard,  she entered his house, greeted the wizard and sat down " dear sir, I've come to you with a problem that harassed me alot, and for long time. But today I decided to come to you so that you help me have a solution to that problem." complained the lady.
