Why if you feel sad or happy you want to eat and drink more?
Is it because of hormone?
I like to eat anything from waffle, pancake, ice cream, chocolate, yoghurt, apple pie, cheese pizza, chicken soup etc.
You can say I am greedy but still have slim body. I am 168 cm 60 kg.
I used to be a model for a bag product. My younger sister was a cover girl. Now we are both happily married with our own kids.
We like to cook using microwave or a frying pan.
That is my story about my favorite food. What about yours? Do you have eating disorder or you always ruin your diet plans?

Nope. When I'm happy, I usually eat in normal portions (my portions). When I feel a bit down, I eat less. But then, when I am back to my sense, I overeat. LOL
