When I saw my sister for the first sight in the hospital, my eyes filled with soft tears for knowing and remembering how it's so

“Arno! How many apples would you have if I gave you 2 apples and the other apple and one more apple?” The teacher asked Arno.
“5!” Arno answered definitely.
The teacher felt worry. She expected a right answer for her easy question. She was disappointed.
“Maybe he didn’t pay attention well” She thought.
“Listen carefully, it’s so easy. You can answer it correctly if you listen carefully. How many apples would you have i

Last Friday I visited the site of Teacher Mike Harrison and found this exciting post "Photo story: A couple of beers #story", and it inspired me to create the same post.
I present this topic such as tribute to my cute cat which died few weeks ago. Before her demise, she showed her talent in entertaining us. You can look at the photo above which is funny enough! So I challenge you to guess what the story behind this photo is?

I wrote in Google box "I am Sahar" in Persian (من سحر هستم).
