Importance of hand-washing

Medical experts say the most effective way to prevent the spread of disease is for people to wash their hands with soap and water. The World Bank, the United Nations, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine carried out a study to urge hand-washing around the world. Can't help taking a look at this pic

2347135491?profile=original(the photo is from the internet)

And I do like this song "Can't take my eyes off you": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGFToiLtXro

"Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You"

You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off of you.
You'd be like heaven to touch.
I wanna hold you so much.
At long last love has arrived.
And I thank God I'm alive.
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off of you.

Pardon the way that I stare.
There's nothing else to compare.
The sight of you leaves me weak.
There are no

In the past few weeks I ran into tons of surprisingly and funny questions with regards to Brazil as a country and to Brazilians as "wait a minute" its people. Mostly of these questions were made by coworkers, colleagues  and some friends around this flat connected globe. Questions such as "Is it legal to walk naked in Brazil ? ", "Have you ever seen a Tiger or Elephant?" or even "Could you help me out with Spanish?". What ?, WHAT and Come on ?  these were usually my first reaction to these qu

One Year on EC

It was on 1st October 2014 when I was searching for more explanation about grammar on Google that I found and joined EC. This kind of site was not familiar to me. I didn't know much nor did I really care if there were so many benefits I could get from here. What I saw here was I could have my own page and I would be able to upload photos. I got comments and made friendship. What about you? I wonder how you could get here.

After a few days, I took a visit again and chatted with some members. Wow!

A Simple Explanation for Say Versus Tell

2347132786?profile=original

It can be difficult for nonnative English speakers to differentiate between say and tell since both verbs refer to communicating verbally with someone. However, there is a simple method for understanding these words and avoiding inaccurate statements like, "I say her

Once Again the Pain Increases:

Today once again the pain in my heart increased. She once again came before my memories out from my subconscious. Years ago I met her and then expressed my feelings in here on this forum of EC. I find it worth reviving:

“Bosom Friend

We saw each other on a jogging track and all at once we became friend.......best friend I can say so, because she never denied my company, rather I always see her eyes shining when she is with me. She is the coolest girl in temper, but has the sweetest smile. She has

I just surprised when I found that today, life became so sensitive I opened my eyes n gave him a smile, but he blamed me to laugh at him on his fool to wait me awake. Then I got up in hurry to go for work,he stood in front of me and said " did u forget that I'm alone at home?"....fine,I didn't go anywhere but stayed at home...after several hours,he tried to make me angry by complaining every single thing I made...oke,enough!"so,what do you want?" sadly and badly he said " just bring me back home,

If you have special feeling with someone and if your feeling is strong enough, tell her.(I'm not sure that girl should tell him or not).It was my second year at university. I received messages from a stranger. I replied and asked who he/she is. He told me that he knew me and he was "a person without surname".We kept sending messages day by day and became closer. The day we met at last came. I remember that I went with my sister and he went with his friend. We had a joyful day.His hometown is near

I am a newbie in EC and I think it was a good choice to be here among all you, but… but you know, first when I joined to the main room it was really hard to discuss with the others (and now it is too but better than before) because I knew nothing about them and neither they did, but after a while I met some great people there, and I can’t forget some strange feelings (!) that I experienced in different situations that sometimes were really disappointing!

So I want to show some of these situations

How is she?

It’s a question that I asked to myself when I read the line “Prepare your mind to receive the best that life has to offer” by Earnest Holmes. In my fantasy she is an invaluable gift given by life for sure. I am trying to comprehend her looks, her intellect and the relationship (real or virtual) we share….

I don’t know. No one knows what cooks inside her mind. There is a perpetual smile on her face. And behind that smile, there is something fishy. She portrays as being determined on ideology, but

A Real Supernatural Adventure

Hello dear friends, as I am an active member of English Club (^_^), and prefer to post at least one blog per a year, and as the current year (2015) is about to be over, I decided to write this blog.

I always try to be a logical and reasonable person and usually after encountering to an event or phenomenon, I used to look for its reasons. I believe that all occurrences around us, can be proved and described using the physical logic and rules. As an example, I have no fear of any sounds

A Letter To My Beloved Country…….Pakistan.

Dear me, I am well aware that you are officially called Islamic Republic of Pakistan, republic in South Asia, marking the area where South Asia converges with Southwest Asia and Central Asia having Islamabad (City) as your capital, but Karachi (my Janam Bhomi) is the country’s largest city of 200 million population (unofficial).

Writing challenge: Letter to my country

Dear Bangladesh,

Let me say first that I love you. I was born and raised in your lap. I got my education and everything from you. So, you deserve my respect.

You are a riverine country. You have the longest sandy sea-beach with hill aside, mangrove forest. You have hilsha fish and jamdani sari and six different seasons!

Along with it, you have a glorious past of freedom. You are the only country whose soil sons/daughters once sacrificed their lives for their mother tongue. Now this day is observing a

Sustainable Developments

I really love the term "Sustainable Development", I think it's the best way to fight against the issues which become the thread of existence of humankind in this twenty-first century. The term is well adapted by the Western countries, but for the people of countries like Bangladesh, India and Pakistan it’s fairly a new term and yet to realize its importance for the development of the nation. I am sure that many of us familiar with the term, though my intention is not to explain it in a tradition
