i have a question and i really need help to answer it ?
i am an English student i have been working so hard on my speaking skill and this lead me to have a weak written language. i don't know what to do . i lose marks on that and it's really disappointing when u lose marks on something you should not lose marks on !!!!!
any suggestion
p.s when i speak i don't have any grammatical mistakes ?

I didn’t know that I was getting into hot water while I declined her chat call. She got angry and pointed me out that how out of etiquette my attitude was.
