I'm quite new in this website, and not familiar with using it much, so when I read this expression "FEATURED BLOGS", some questions swirled in my mind, let me share them here maybe there is anyone here has some answers, most welcome answers are those confirmed ones and preferably from someone in charge here, but answers from members are appreciated as well:
1-What may make a blog to be considered as a "featured blog" or to be not?
