Well, I found thousands of answers but still I am not satisfied with them. And every time I failed to achieve my goals, this question come to me again, making my head whirled. Some years ago, I bought a new motorbike. I normally parked it in the yard when going back home from work.

I had worked under both but I was more comfortable with Female boss as she was pretty good at delegating work under the team. She had never interfered until & unless there was a major problem. Moreover she was good at giving rating.
