Hello my friends!

When passing by your precious blogs and discussions, I sometimes come across some mistakes: grammatical, spelling and others concerning structure and punctuation. Every time that happens, I feel like I need to correct them; howerver, I hold myself back and say," What if my correction hurts the feelings of the person in question; what if that person feels like his/her English is not good and stops writing again." To be honest with you, I won't be able to live with this burden. As a result, I've decided to carry out this poll in order to find out what you people think about my offer... What are you waiting for, folks? Go and rain me with your opinions!

PS, I will be very grateful in if you correct my mistakes in return.

Many thanks,

Lama

  • There is nothing wrong with correcting mistake by other. I think it's kind of you to correct other's mistakes and it show that you pay attention to what they say.
  • Hey Hala, thanks dear for your support and understanding.
  • We are here to learn ,teach, practice and share ideas ,so sure we all have to accept correcting mistakes and discuss about them..we sometimes make mistakes in our native language,so it's normal to have mistakes in our second language

Thank you dear Lama for caring and trying to help learners.

  • Well... how are we going to avoid making that mistake if no one corrects it for us? So we should think about our mistakes from time to time, shouldn't we? Anyway, I appreciate your comment, Riaz.
  • well! don't think about mistake , mistake is good but repeating of that mistake is not good.

if you wanna be a good at writing be a learner every time.

  • Hi Cetin, what are you talking about, friend? Who's Lara, by the way?

  • Hi Anna, I really appreciate your support, thanks. Dear, you ment to say "if someone tells me", right? Wish you all the best!
  • Hey dear Junko, thanks for dropping by. You, my friend, made one simple spelling mistake. You said" sence", but I know that you ment "sense"... Have a nice day!
  • Hello Ohnie, thanks for coming by. My friend, you said " I just usually jumped..." you know dear that usually is an adverb of frequency and so the tense we use is simple present not past. So you should've said " I just usually jump"... Wish you success, dear.
