Have you been part of the furniture? Are you a sofa or a table? Peace! Oh before you react violently, read on to find out what I really mean…

I learned an English expression while listening on a podcast from the BBC. I was cleaning the dining table and I thought why not share it here on MyEnglishclub. It is called ‘part of the furniture’. It is an expression we use to describe someone or something that’s been in the same place for a very long time. You could think that he or she will be there for

I Don't miss YOU

I Don't MISS YOU

Yes your face is the one i wish to see in the first morning light

Yes your face is the one i wish to see last every night

Yes you are the one who is always in my dreams

AND YET I Don't MISS  YOU

Yes i want you to join me for the evening tea

Yes i want you to join me for the evening feast

Yes you are the one i want to share my cupcakes with

BUT I Don't MISS YOU

Yes i need you to be with me in the grief

Yes i need you to be with me in the high time

Yes i need you to be with me every time

The God

Written by Bonoful (A Bengali Short story writer)

Translated by Mehedi Hassan

A tiger kept attacking a village. People became restless. The cow, the calve and even men were being killed by the tiger. Then, one day, everyone got out of their houses, gathered together and killed the tiger with sticks, spears, lances, and guns. One tiger went but came another. At last, people prayed to God-

God, Please, save us from the tigers.”

The God answered, Okay.

Immediately, Tigers came to the God's court and m

Know your best friend

You can’t choose your mom or dad, for that matter, your siblings; you happen to be amongst them.

At least some of you might wish what if you had different parents, or a different brother or a sister; and a sister instead of a brother or vice versa. There is no end to human ambitions. Go ahead dreaming things that would never happen.

Only choice you have in relationship is choosing friends. People you can get along with, people whose interests align with yours, people who will be with you when you

Accepting Someone As What They Are

Life has taught me many lessons which caused positive effect on my personality and thoughts. One of the lessons I have learned from life is that change never comes by force nor does it come by demand. When we accept someone after being altered, we lose the real one and lead the whole life being fool with the artificial one. So, accepting someone as what (s)he is acceptance indeed.

In my sight, the genuine, fair and sincere  people are highly respectable despite having heterogeneous thoughts and p

These Days

Not able to meet even myself these days

Don’t know what’s happened these days

Now-a-days all senses have got frozen

Emotions have got angry these days

Go far somewhere to live

Thoughts come in mind these days.

Life is untrustworthy, irregular heartbeats

Many fears are raising these days

Everyone seems locked in-self

Nobody’s asking questions these days.

A bid of translation from Urdu

Where did the braking power go?

2347579068?profile=original

It was rainy day, but I still went to bicycling. I had planned it already 2 days. I had been getting fat and also On one of my previous ride I had seen, that there was a road reconstructed in a forest I passed, but that time I did not have time to go to check it out. I was curious if it's just for logging, or maybe I can get through of forest. So I went to ride. My feet were wet already after 20 minutes of ride. And toes were a bit cold because of that, but other wise it was pretty good, even

How to Write Any Review Paper

How to Write Any Review Paper

2347577689?profile=original

A review paper seeks to give detailed information about a particular product, theme in a given field of study, or generally to provide thoughts, comments, and feedback towards specific works of writing or research papers.

Students in college and other institutions of higher learning are often required to come up with review papers once in a while, and while they are not an uphill task, sometimes it becomes difficult to come up with good review papers that stand out.

SIGNS CAN'T BE DENIED

Tinto River, Spain

The Rio Tinto is a river that flows through the city of Huelva in southwest of Spain. You’re probably thinking “why is some river that special” – well, the name of the river actually means “painted” in Spanish and it got the name due to itsbrick-red colour. The area along the river was for centuries a mine of copper, gold and other metals. After that many years of mining high levels of iron dissolved in the river which resulted in making the water extremely acidic.

Traveling truly is something almost everyone loves. The only problem that usually comes up is that travelling is expensive and therefore, visiting many different places can be a little difficult when you’re trying to stay on a budget.

For people who work in the writing business, it is quite common to write about places they haven’t visited before. There are only so many places a person can visit in their lifetime and finding the way to write about a place even if you haven’t been there before can

A Big Earthquake in Indonesia

I have heard that a big earthquake and tsunami occured in Indonesia two days ago and many people died. I feel sorry for them and their families. I knew the threat of big earthquakes and tsunami because they occur in Japan at times. A very big earthquake occured in Japan at 3 p.m on 11th March in 2011. Many people died by being crushed under collapsing houses, buildings and landslides, and by being washed away by the tsunami. About 17500 people died owing to this earthquake.

I know big earthquakes

“So many books, so little time.”

"I like reading. I prefer not reading on my computer, because that makes whatever I am reading feel like work. I do not mind reading on my iPad."

Neil Gaiman

What you're about to read is an excerpt from Neil Gaiman's M is for Magic. One of his many short story books. You'll read his other works later on. I think...
