WOW! Such an imposing voice!

If you walk through the streets
should you be quiet
If you do what you dream of
should you be quiet
If you see what you believe in
should you be quiet
If you say what you think
should you be quiet

If you feel that you live
should you be quiet
If you kiss what you love
should you be quiet
If you know who you are
should you be quiet
If you feel that you are different
then you must shout louder

Freedom
I don't want to be quiet
Freedom
I want to shout even louder

Dear Captain,

I've been out of the hospital, yet in advance. I think there is no need to stay there, just let nature take its course. Who knows, maybe it's the best arrangement that life gives to me.

My private detective Jingjing figured out the secret behind my mother and my sneaky doctor. They tried to hide it so that they even talked about it in the rooftop of the hospital. Hehehe, how great is a mother's love and protect to her kid! But the reality is always stronger. Finally the fact illumina

Confused

My native speaking tongue and best wishes have always been on this site to welcome new members and celebrate the "victories" when someone finally comprehends and gains the ability to communicate in this "CRAZY LANGUAGE" that we all call English.

Lately, the moderation has apparently scared a few people away from EC.

If I were Tara or Joe, my efforts would go out to sanctity of this site and what it stands for. If my English speaking skills were limited (while trying to convey my thoughts), perhaps

My English Club after 100 years?

Well if you compare now to 100 years ago, we have come a long way. I feel pretty good that we will have flying cars. I predict that the world will have a global economy rather than each country individually, we may even have an Earth president, rather than individual country leader. We will probably have colonies on other planets. TV's would be replaced with halo-gram projectors. The flying cars will get 100 miles per gallon of water, since we won't be using gas anymore -:)

Part- Two

Yes, friends, I also agree with you that more suspense is not too healthy. So, I am going to say about that late morning while a weirdo had stepped through their front gate.

As I said before Tintin had been on their lawn and about to start a game with her friends when the man had come to her sight. His face was bleak though he was forwarding towards them in  a graceful spaces." Who is that guy, do we know him"?, Tintin was thinking surprisingly but had not got her answer.

Then the man had took her

Why is it the white color ?

When I was a kid ..... Every time I bought a box of colors ...

I throw the  "white" color aside and  when my mom asked me.......... Why???

I tell her ... It's not working !! ...

And now ....

After I grown up ...... .. I knew very well why the white color doesn't work  ..

Because it is honest and pure .. does not fake the facts

And only gives the color it's real color ...

And if I knew that ... I wouldn't throw it away !!

Did You Know? - All That Gold

In this blog, I want to share with you a few idioms/phrases related to gold. Did you know:-

1. The Midas Touch

The meaning of Midas touch is to have the ability to be successful, especially the ability to make money easily. The idiom of Midas touch is originated from the story of King Midas. It was an ancient Greek story. King Midas had a lot of gold and good fortune. But he never satisfied with what he had. The more he had, the more he wanted. He stored all his gold in a vault, and he would count

It is foolish to give money to beggars.

If  you  beg  for something free you  don't have a  say  in what you get. It's something you say to someone who's getting something without trying for it.

The term beggar  means a  person  that  begs for  money or  food. It  does not mean the same as homeless or poverty stricken. Many  such people do not beg , but make their living by other means. A wealthy person can be a beggar if  he  sits on a street corner and asks for people to give him money.

The main causes  for beggars are that they're

The Ghosts of Christmas.

2346721474?profile=originalHere we are again... the month of December.  It still is a special month for me because of what it represents, the birth of Jesus Christ, and the end of a year and the beginning of a new one.

Time to enjoy again that excellent performance of George C. Scott in Charles Dickens' Chrismas Carol.  For me, the best production ever. And as you may remember, in this movie Ebenezer Scrooge was visited by three ghosts representing the Chrismas past, Chrismas present, and Christmas to come.  Once again, t

What is poetry?

When you are in a solitude mode, or in intensely impassioned,   a verse could beam in your mind a different world and sense of pleasure. I’m talking about poetry. Why you read poetry? And how is poetry made of?

What is poetry?

No one knows what poetry is. Inversely, poetry has as many definitions as there are poets and readers. Is poetry like paintings where poet uses words instead of paint? One thing is for sure that poets are tightfisted on spending words unlike prose writers. Poetic form is ec

GOODBYE MADIBA!

He was and will always be,a source of inspiration and symbol of universal brotherhood and love, which tracends differences of color, caste and creed.

Mandela showed the world that man can imbue politics with moral and spirtual values. How desperately we need a man of his vision & stature in our society who can change our world view , which currently divides people rather than unites, promotes hatred rather than love, and sanctifies the delusion that we are the sole bearers of truth & that all oth
