William Shakespeare

I always feel happy, you know why?

because I don't expect anything from anyone

Expectations always hurt....

life is short...

So love your life...

Be happy...

And keep smiling

Just live for yourself and...

Before you speak; listen

Before you write; think

Before you spend; earn

Before you pray; forgive

Before you hurt; feel

Before you hate; love

That's Life...

Feel it, Live it & Enjoy it

Toast and Tea

“There will be time, there will be time

To prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet;

There will be time to murder and create,

And time for all the works and days of hands

That lift and drop a question on your plate;

Time for you and time for me,

And time yet for a hundred indecisions,

And for a hundred visions and revisions,

Before the taking of a toast and tea.”

The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock by T.S. Eliot

Life is an experiment and we all learn from it first hand. When you teach someone about

The winning argument

It was too late to do it legally. No doctor would take it up at this stage. So going to Petrovna was Luda’s only chance.

Petrovna was a necessary evil that the local people bore with. She wasn’t very old though she did look rather aged with her network of tiny wrinkles on a pale round face. Her small eyes had a piercing and knowing look. She used to work as a nurse in the city hospital. After her retirement she settled in her native village . Doing abortions and telling fortunes were the source

Yes, we're celebrating the Lunar New Year. The Lunar New Year is also called Spring Festival or Chinese New Year. Chinese are not the only ones who celebrate it, though - people in Korea, Vietnam, Japan or some other countries around the world celebrate it, too.

We just celebrated the Lunar New Year's Eve without setting off or lighting any firecrackers in the city where I live. Firecrackers used to be a must in celebration of the Lunar New Year - the tradition dates back to the ancient China (th

Lifelessons

Teaching preschool has taught me the best lessons in life.  As one author puts it “Everything I needed to know in life I learned in Kindergarten.”    First of all you’ve got your best teachers in the kids themselves.  Kids are candid and spontaneous, so you know that when they speak they always speak the truth. Kids like fun so you end up being a fun person yourself working with them day in and day out.  Kids are very transparent when it comes to expressing their feelings and they are not afrai

Traveling by Rail in Italy

One time I was travelling from Milan to Bologna Italy on a train. I remember I couldn’t take one of those new high-speed non-stop commuter trains because I had to stop in a small town called Parma. (Yes, that is where the cheese comes from.) So I took a regional train that stops at various towns along the way. These trains are dirty, slow and poorly equipped.

From Milan to Bologna, you cross the Po Valley and the Padana Plain, which is all flat farm land. To the right of the train is the Apennine
