    Hello! How are you doing? I know it may sound a little bit stupid but... I'd like to know what IELTS exactly is if you don't mind telling me... I have heard something about it, but I am not sure what you really need it for or what it consists of

    Hi~~ Mr Phil,
    I am planning to attend IELTS before August this year. Also, I have already registered the Toefl on July 10.
    My status now is, 10,000 vocabulary(just estimating, I've never tried to recite any vocabulary books); no big grammatical problem
    So, Mr Phil, can you give me some advice on how to prepare IELTS or what's you view about the similarity or difference between these two.

    What are the qualifications for being a toefl and ielts teacher and how do you know you are ready for the exams.
