  Adjectives almost always come before nouns. Compound adjectives precede (come before) nouns.
  Some examples:
  The noisy and hungry children wouldn't let us rest until we fed them.
  The children, who were noisy and hungry, wouldn't stop bothering us.
  Most westerners think nước mắm is salty and fishy, but Vietnamese find it to be tasty and delicious.

  I would like to thank  you a lot teacher Tanya , I feel this group will get me what I hope , and what I need for English , but I wonder to ask , how much average time I need to develope my English skills and get fluency  if I followed the tips you mentioned above with allocated two hours studying every day ? , furthermore, what is the skill that has the highest priority to concentrate on during my English trip? I mean that the most important to give me easy dealing with foreign people in my country ?
