We often use the term "human being" to emphasize the idea that humans are complex, or caring or spiritual - these are abstract terms, as opposed to "human" which is often used to describe us as people. It is almost biological or clinical.
Another way to describe it is, We use "human being" as a way to describe humans , but in their special and unique ways that make them different animals.
should / would / could / are conditional words use to describe the possible ... In the past they are accompanied by a past participle if they describe a continuing action in the past:
You should have been looking where you were going!
If I were there, I would have helped (would have been helping ) you.
