  Hola, Estanis!

  Preparing this cake was a great experience because I learned some new things. I've baked one last week. Here's the photo. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out the way it should be because I used the hand mixer. I could make it better the next time though. Coincidentally, I served this cake in celebration of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception last December 8.
