  • I know what you mean Onee. It does seem a bit strange with "I". I think usually we use "show up" when there is some doubt about our arrival, and usually we know what we are doing and we don't surprise ourselves. Well, most people anyway, although to be honest I'm often not sure what I'm doing. Good Question!

  • Mr. Alan, I have one question here... Can I say "show up" to myself? I just feel it's a bit strange.

    I arrived at home yesterday morning. I showed up at home yesterday morning.
