Many non-native speakers, if the truth is told, often think that the ‘-ed’ ending of Past Simple Regular Verbs is always pronounced either /d/ or /ɪd/. They are completely unaware that there is a third pronunciation, i.e. /t/.
By the way, please take note of the typos in the phonetic transcriptions that I noticed in this video.
difference /ˈdɪfərəns/ (wrong)
/ˈdɪfrəns/ (correct) Can you see the difference?
arrive /əˈraɪvə/ the schwa /ə/ at the end is not needed
/əˈraɪv/ (correct)
enjoy /enˈdʒɔɪ/ the initial sound is not /e/
/ɪnˈdʒɔɪ / it is /ɪ/
marry /ˈmærɪ/ the final sound is not the short vowel /ɪ/
/ˈmæri/ the compromised /i/ is the appropriate one
thus,
married /ˈmærɪd/ should be written (pronounced) /ˈmærid/
