Dear teacher Vicki,

I have a question about this....

When we say 'Why didn't you give it to me?" can we also say "Why did you not give it to me?"

Is the second question correct? Is it about different purpose or about emphasizing..
I remember the song "How can I not love you" Thanks a lot for your explanation. ^_^
