  This video has closed captions on YouTube @Yeaqub Ali Sardar, so I'm not sure what you mean. You need to press the cc button. And at www.simpleenglishvideos.com/how-to-greet-a-visitor you can see it with clickable transcripts as well. Hope this helps.
