I'll give you a traditional cake that it's elaborated in a region of my country. It's really simple to make.
TARTA DE SANTIAGO:
300 grs. Ground almonds
6 Eggs
300 grs. Icing sugar
Half a lemon peel
A little bit of cinnamon (optional)
Mix well all ingredients in a mixer and pour on an oily mould. Low temperature oven for 25'
