Then we fry carrots and onions on a pan (you can turn or first carrots, then add to the onions.)Then we add the zucchini, red pepper, (if we want - the eggplants).Proportions - it all depends on our taste and the availability of vegetables. Salt and spices - we add it all at will.If we want, we can have a stew as a separate dish or submit to him sausages or meat. And, of course, bread.:-)A variant of this ragout, which is shown on this photo: carrots, eggplant, red pepper, parsley.
