I look at this picture and remember: what are the ingredients I used for the preparation of this dish? :-)I'm kidding!The fact that I change method of cooking ragout, depending on what vegetables I have in the kitchen. :-)The basic principle is this: we wash and cut into slices of vegetables (onions, tomatos, carrots, zucchini, red pepper ...). Then we fry carrots and onions on a pan (you can turn or first carrots, then add to the onions.)Then we add the zucchini, red pepper, (if we want - the eggplants).Proportions - it all depends on our taste and the availability of vegetables. Salt and spices - we add it all at will.If we want, we can have a stew as a separate dish or submit to him sausages or meat. And, of course, bread.:-)A variant of this ragout, which is shown on this photo: carrots, eggplant, red pepper, parsley.

    Thank you very much for your comment! Yes, you are right - we can add and cauliflower, and a little bit of garlic, and celery! All vegetables, which we have in our kitchen! :-)
