Prostomolotova Galina I am glad my photo brought back memories. :) I am no expert, but I think the game with the elastic bands has its own name rather than Skipping Rope; Jumping Rope. I have seen it before. I liked the way the girls rope here matched her shirt.

Later my daughter and her friends preferred using elastic bands instead of ropes and the rules of the game have changed. Do you play this way?
