As you're putting the initial white bands on, on the first white row (left side) place a red band (hanging loose) on the sixth peg, then continue with white over it, place a black band on the seventh peg (loose), continue with white, place a blue one on the next peg, continue with white to the top. (The Olympic ring bands have to be placed in opposite order of how you see them in the picture in order for them to show up in the right order when you're done.)
Do the middle row like a regular triple single, but place a green loose band hanging from the seventh peg and a yellow one on the eighth peg. (They should appear centred below the red, black, blue at this point.) Then continue making a triple single. When you are looping, make sure that the Olympic rings continue to hang loose.

So, if you already know how to make a triple single bracelet, this Olympic loom bracelet is easy!
