  • Shookran bizzaf Ya Bill Vortz! As the matter of fact, it's the same bread you eat in Algeria. My wife has different styles. She knows how to cook Kuskus, Kabsa, Biriani, Subjee, Papa Ganouj, Pizza and other kinds of food from different countries in Europe, Africa or Asia. Thanks, Bill for guiding when you commented on my blog, the bells are ringing. I won't forget that.

  • Ashkurik ya Sewar! My wife Fatima read your comment. She was very glad and she told me to make something for you someday. Thanks Sewar!
  •         Wow, how lucky you are to have such a wife. God bless you both. 2643799717?profile=original

  • Agreed with your wife. Baking at home is much safer than eating outdoor especially in fast food. That house bread looks like the typical Algeria yeasty "Kesra" which literally means the round flat bread prepared on the earthenware plates, it is delicious and has a flair in the kitchen eaten with other dishes like a soup.

  • Bilkul janab Mishaikh! It's the motherly or rather the home touch. Sometimes we buy bread from outside, but Fatima does not approve of it. She likes to do it indoors. But when she is sick or you know the monthly period for women, I will advise her to buy from the bakery. Thanks, for your comment!
