    Oh! poor little kids the nature wasn't kind with them but they still want to get knowlege by going to school in a bad weather like this. Brave kids!

    I have no idea where it is even though I amplified this picture. However, I do know this also happens in China my native country. I still remembered that one year there was a heavy rain resulting a variety of basements and garages of the buildings ruined at one night. some people died of that. It was a pity. Even banks and restaurants were blocked by this.
