Ceremonial horse race in Ethiopia

A regiment of horse riders rush in at an open field in Ambo, Ethiopia for taking part in the ceremonial horse race held as part of Timket (remembrance of Christ's baptism). Photo taken by me. Thanks to Dr. Rajeeb Roy who is a horse rider as well as able veterinarian with Ambo University who invited me to this thriller.
