We make it when our Khmer New year... It have two kind... one have rice, coconut, bean and pork and the other one it has rice, coconut and banana... the test is very good...:P

Barbare: yes, we have a method to keep it not spoil for the one that made from rice bean pork and coconut,,, it mean u can take them to grill or fry,,, not only keep them for long time but u can also take them to eat with vegetables, and it become more special taste....
look at like that intraditional cake in Vietnam , its name is BANH TET :), meterial are also including rice ,bean and pock dont have coconut inside :))... i thinking that we are asianer so we have the same cultule :)

What kind of leaves are you using for that? Is it the banana's leaf?
