What can i do to have a good lesson plan as a teacher from one ESL classroom which students are 12 to 16 years old?

    It's easy . Read your lesson first . Then write all your objectives that your students will be able to attain at the end of your lesson . After that , write your procedures in steps and divide your lesson . You should use teaching strategies and ask and discuss your points with your students

      Okay, it's really acceptable but if i want make them happy while i'm teaching, what do i must do?
