  hi sara. Glad to meet u.I'm 19 too.I'm from Armenia.
  I'll try to help you dear Sra. at first I als had problems even with adding comments. So First of all try to enter internet By Internet Explorer or Mozila, and no way not bt Opera. If u don't have u can easily download it.then click the red sign below the chatroom,in order to be online and it woul become great(it's a like spot,see??_)
  I don't know what kind of promlem must it be, buy anyhow I advise u try! good luck! then let me know,if it's wrong yet. Glad if I could help u!
