  Thank you for commenting in my pics, what can I say, I can't complain, I am having a good time most of the time, some of the friends in the photo move out from California but we still have a good memory of them. I don't have too many friends but still we manage to be busy on weekends and go out with them to have something to eat, just to talk. My business partner, he is from Guatemala, we started to work together more than a year ago and just recently we started working in the transportation business. Right now I am very busy, I hope we start make some money pretty soon.

  Hi Pablo!!
  I am doing pretty good. I was so busy the whole day. We are working in the set up of an office for my partner and I, the place that we are working right now is mainly for Real Estate and we want something more private for us since there are about ten people working there. The new place is just for my partner and I, we'll start working there next week, you know is for the transportation brokering that we have. We are having a lot of problems now because we have to share fax and photocopy with everybody and it's kind of noisy. Not only that but we are preparing ourselves for other lines of business, which required privacy. You know I was in the Stock Market while ago and I invested a lot of money which most of it was gone. I really love the Stock Market even that it's so risky but the adrenaline rush is too much to ignore. We are planning to start investing in small companies and we are preparing what we are going to do. My partner likes the penny stocks that are companies, ventures, that are in the first face of growing, and we are looking for the ones that have the possibility of growing into a sound investment as entreprenours with new ideas, new markets. Even that I stopped investing more than a year ago I'm still on it, you know it's easier to play the market when you are not putting money on it ,but we want to do it measuring our risks.   Hi Pablo! today was a special day, one of our friends in the office, actually his wife had a baby, we went to the hospital to see the baby. The happiness is unbelievable for this couple even that is their four child. We really had a good time.
  I have to go back to the office and to reality. We are trying to close a real estate transaction from a client of mine but it's taking a lot of patience from us in the office. I had to talk with them yesterday night to explain them how everything was going and I needed signatures from them, it was a simple thing but it took time from me to be there, they lived like thirty minutes away in freeway. Most of the time I don't like the idea of spending hours at night but sometimes when you don't have more time to extend the deal, you have to do it.
  The good thing is that everything is ok now.
  You was mentioning Chiclayo in your message, some of my cousins are from there, it's a beautiful place in the coast, near the beach. Chiclayo is not that big but for sure you will enjoy going there, life is good and people is very nice, they have very funny quotes and they are very friendly. I talked with my wife tonight, she is in Nayarit, Mexico, I don't think I told you but she is taking some clases there, she is a folklore dance teacher, she'll stay there until the first week of December. At first, it was going to be only for a month but they extended until that time. She never teach classes here in USA before, that the reason that she wanted to practice first to give her more confidence. It's been more than ten years since the last time she taught dance.
  Well my friend, I hope your English is getting better, I practice with my friend Mike, he is the only anglo in our office, the only thing is that sometimes, he carries away the conversation too much, that I become a listener. Still he is my best source for English.
  Tell me, it's the currency still working fine with you there, since you used the dollar.
