At last i am going to back to home...:)

But i will miss every thing in here..my great freedomee :))

i was awake till morning and sleep till lateeeeeee

i will miss that snowy night,and my ugly little snowboy loooool

Thank you EC members you never left me alone in my loneliness ,

I had great time with you guys..and will miss you

i will miss our food ,coffe party at midnight :D lol

Now i am preapering my things to go to home...

Day by day I float my paper boats one by one down the running
stream.

In bid black letters I write my name on them and the name of
the village where I live.

I hope that someone in some strange land will find them and
know who I am :D

New Year - Noruz

NEW YEAR TABLE

The traditional Noruz table called "Sofreh haft-seen" consisted of seven (7) kinds of food each starts with letter "sin" in Persian (Farsi) similar to the letter "s" in English -- symbolizing life, health, wealth, abundance, love, patience, and purity.

Sabzeh, wheat or lentil sprouts represents rebirth.

Samanu, a creamy pudding made from wheat germ is regarded as holy.

Seeb, apple symbolizes health and beauty.

Senjid, the dried fruit of lotus tree for love.

Sir, garlic which is considered medicinal represents health.

Somagh, sumac berries represents the color of sun and the victory of good over evil.

Serkeh, vinegar represents old age and patience.

There are other things you can place on the table which may not begin with letter 's' but have significance. For instance, a book symbolizing wisdom (Koran or other holy books or some people may put poetry books from Iranian poets).
Sekeh, coin representing wealth.
Sonbol and Laleh (hyacinth and tulip) two flowers symbolize spring.

Painted eggs stands for fertility of people and land.

A mirror to symbolize reflection of life, candles to represent happiness and goldfish to represent life.

The table may also include an orange floating in a bowl of water to symbolize planet earth floating in space.

Iranians Celebrate Yalda Night

While the Christians all over the world are getting ready to celebrate Christmas, Iranians will rejoice in celebration of one of their most ancient traditions, the night of Yalda.Early Christians related this very ancient Persian celebration to Mithra, Goddess of Light, and linked it to Christ’s birthday. According to one traditional Persian tale of Yalda, “In birth, sun and Jesus are close to each other.”The Night of Yalda marks the longest night of the year and the beginning of the winter. This ancient ceremony dates back to the time of Zoroastrian Persia, when the majority of Persians were followers of this faith prior to the advent of Islam.In addition to Iran, some countries of Central Asia such as Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Caucasus share the same tradition and celebrate Yalda Night annually at this time of the year.On this night, family members get together (most often in the house of the oldest member) and stay awake all night long by eating dried nuts, watermelon, pomegranate, and by narrating old mythologies and praying to God for the symbolic victory of light over darkness.According to old texts, Persians believed that those who begun winter by eating summer fruits would not fall ill during the cold season; therefore, eating watermelons is one of the most important traditions in this night.As days start to become longer, ancient Persians also believed that at the end of the first night of winter which falls on December 21st, darkness is defeated by light and therefore they must celebrate the whole night. Don't give up.....One day I decided to quit... I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality. .. I wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. "God", I asked, "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?" His answer surprised me..."Look around", He said. "Do you see the fern and the bamboo?" "Yes", I replied. "When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said. "In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit." He said. "Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant. .. But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 10 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle." He asked me. "Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots?". "I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you." "Don't compare yourself to others." He said. "The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful." "Your time will come", God said to me. "You will rise high" "How high should I rise?" I asked. "How high will the bamboo rise?" He asked in return. "As high as it can?" I questioned. "Yes." He said, "Give me glory by rising as high as you can." I left the forest and brought back this story. I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you. Never, Never, Never Give up. Don't tell God how big the problem is, tell the problem how Great God is
