Last night, I saw a warm and touching film,’ Julie and Julia’, this film is about two women both like cooking in different times. The common point of them is to write the memories when they were cooking. In 1940s, Julia Child loved cooking, especially French food, and finally she published her cookbook which taught people how to cook delicious French food. Julie Powell in 2002 challenged to cook all the recipes of this book, that means, spent 365 days, finished 524 dishes, and recorded this procedure on her blog. How wonderful they are!!
This movie is worth me thinking back for a long time, not only the smooth plot, the colorful images, the brilliant performances and the warmth you can feel any time, but also the fantastic food, I even have passion to cook French food after I saw this movie, just use this recipes. :)
Ps: Meryl Streep ‘s performance is really good! !
