  In my hometown there is a certain selfdefense named SILAT CIKALONGAN. Cikalongan is the name of my region. SILAT or PENCAK SILAT is a name of a sport (selfdefense) like karate from Japan. To my surprised, couple years ago there came an American who love selfdefense, who begin knowing silat in America. He knew that one of type of Silat was from my region. I was very proud at that time.
