Really, we are in shortage of doing it. It's so important and we know that and still avoiding or neglecting it. Why we are doing this and keep increasing the fat in our bodies under the witness from our side. Having a practice in our schedule it is not obstacle or big issue that will affect our daily routine. Having a little exercise will increase the release of the stress from our minds and bodies and will give us a good relaxation without the need of others to give us massage or diet meal. Sport is a big name and too many fans but this will not help us to make our bodies fit and healthy. If we make comprehensive understanding of the relationship between overweight, stress, bad habit with food and lake of exercise and sport we will realize the truth of the need to practice and play sport with full commitments. Here I want to emphasize the important of the sport and the play of one sport to make our life better and our bodies fit with little efforts we gain the health in bodies and minds.

Do you have goals ? How many goals do you have?When we start thinking about our goals many goals come to our minds and but only thinking about the goals will lead to nothing.Starting to list dawn all of your goals is the first step to have them. After writing dawn your goals start to chose five of them in terms of the importance and the time periods.Let's start with the most important goals to be done in short period of time. Then, list dawn important goals but with long period of time ( from 1-5 years) and try to avoid unnecessary goals either in short or long period of time. Learning English can be a good example for important goal with short period of time. After preparing the goals and give them priorities let’s make paths for them and think about any other things can help us to achieve that goals. For our example of learning English, the path can be attending some courses , traveling to some native English countries, watching movies or joining an English club. So we can make more than one step in our paths to our goals. From time to time we have to evaluate our goals and our methods to make sure that we are moving toward our goals.
