How are you? Hope you are enjoying the summer. It must be hot and humid in your area. Here it's been so hot, 40'c. I just wanted to say Hi and wish you a great time. These days I couldn't read Idioms of the day due to my personal life. I hope I can find more time to do so.
In fact i remember about that post you wrote. It's absolutely unbarable to know that one of your loved ones is going to die very soon. This situation happened to me when i was very young and that my mother, who was 44, was diagnosted with a lung cancer. She died 17 months later and it took me years to be able to think about it. Only time can help us to accept and to stand the definitive absence of someone we love. I wish you to find the strenght to handle this sad situation. You're right, prayers can help us but also the fact to know that, those who left this world are still with us, we just can not see them anymore, but we can feel them deeply. I am glad the quote i posted helped you to see things a little differently.
I took a peep at the discussion. By the way, I learned this idiom from you... Thank you :) It seems really interesting! It is something like audio books that everyone choose their favorite book, then record a chapter or a favorite part, and post the recordings to share them with others, right? Wow! how wonderful :D I'd love to join to the discussion. I have a book which I bought a long time ago and haven't started to read yet. It's a children book. I'd like to try to read it aloud by a chapter from the beginning to the end. However, it seems to be a bit hard for me to type the text at the same time. So maybe I'll just post my recording ;)
