This is how to make a fried rice. First, pound garlic and 2 pinches of salt. Next, heat vegetable oil on a frying pan. Then, put the pounded garlic and salt, and onions into the hot vegetable oil. After that, scramble the egg, mix and fry them a while. Next, put one plate of rice. Fry and mix them around 3 minutes. Then, add two pinches of salt, a spoon of soy sauce and chilly sauce. Continue frying until it is well done. Finally, put the fried rice on a plate. Serve with a garnish of two or three slices of cucumber and tomato.
